Good lord, Jenny. A sixty-person delegation for the trip to PNG? That seems rather extravagant in these days of DFAT austerity. It reminds me of a story I once heard (probably apocryphal) about former Defence Minister Robert Ray, who complained that whenever he flew out of Canberra on a commercial flight he saw far too many military personnel on board. Defence's response to was to instruct military personnel to travel in civilian clothes.
