The Lowy Institute is hosting a panel discussion today to mark the twentieth anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Audio of the event will be on our website tomorrow, but over the course of today we'll feature posts from all three of our speakers, Lowy Institute Fellow and founding editor-in-chief of The National Interest, Owen Harries; Senior Economist for Westpac, Huw McKay; and Claire Mallinson, Australian National Director of Amnesty International.
