5-minute Lowy Lunch: Arab spring

Yesterday the Lowy Institute welcomed David Arnold as its Wednesday Lowy Lunch speaker. Arnold's career has spanned both the Middle East and South Asia, and he is now President of the Asia Foundation (which has an excellent blog, by the way). He spoke about the lessons Asia can learn from the Arab Spring. His presentation, including an extensive Q&A session with the audience, can be heard here.
